How can I reset my 2FA?
To reset your 2FA please contact our team via email or phone, and we can do this for you. It only takes a few moments, and once done the system will prompt you to set it up again when you login to Quotemonster next.
When you login to Quotemonster it will give you a choice between using the Email or Authenticator app method. Please follow the steps on the screen, if you choose the Authenticator app method the QR code will appear on your screen for you to scan with your mobile device.
