Why do you have a Sample Watermark on your reports?
If your reports show a Sample Watermark then this means your account is missing information, or has information that does not match the FSPR.
Quotemonster is designed to be used by registered financial advisers only, and we are connected to the FSPR so that our system can automatically help ensure that our system is being used by the people it was built for. Sometimes people register for an account without using valid FSP details for a variety of reasons, sometimes it is because they are new and don't have a FSP number yet, or sometimes it could be a simple typo during the sign up process.
You can check and update your FSP details on Quotemonster by following the below instructions:
- Go to our login page https://quotemonster.co.nz/login
- Click your username at the top right corner to reveal the drop down menu
- Go to the Adviser Details page
- Make sure all details match how you are registered on the FSPR
- Email us on info@quotemonster.co.nz to confirm you have updated this, so we know to check and remove the Sample Watermark from your account
If you have followed the above steps then the Sample Watermark should be removed from your account within a couple hours.
