Am I able to share my Quotemonster account with a colleague?

 

The Quotemonster platform is designed to be used only by registered financial advisers, and specific industry personnel. We often get asked this question from advisers that are wanting to share their account with a colleague, and while we understand the desire to save on costs, there are several reasons why we cannot allow this;

 

  • It is very important for the client to know who is providing the financial advise they are receiving, so your adviser details and FSP details are printed on quotes and reports generated on Quotemonster, which helps to ensure transparency and compliance with the code.  
  • We want to give you the best support possible when using our platform. By ensuring each account is used by the correct person, we can ensure sufficient support is provided to each user when you call or email us.
  • System limitations. The platform cannot support multiple people using the same account.

 

And lets be honest, researching policy wordings across 30 insurers and keeping up with their frequent enhancements and new product launches, does take a lot of work. We love doing it for you, but we can't do it without you!  


If you have support/admin staff that requires access to your account to help with preparing quotes and reports, they can do this via a special admin login. Please contact our team to discuss if this option would be suitable for you.
