Having trouble generating a quote? 

Our first suggestion would be to check your Product & Provider settings, see the screenshot below.  On new accounts these tend to default to have all insurers un-selected so advisers can decide for themselves who they wish to include in quotes. This page is for your default preferences, and you do not have to go back here every time you want to do a quote. 


Our second suggestion would be to check the error messages to see if they give any further information on what might be causing the error. Errors could be due to benefit period issues, cover amount limits, or perhaps the clients age or occupation class is not eligible for the product you are quoting. 


If that does not resolve it, please give us more details on what you are trying to quote, including the client details, and we can try to help further.
